Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinating with and contacting suppliers and contractors.
• Understanding and Preparing a bill of BOQ (cost, budget and material used in construction).
• Comparing prices and analyzing construction prices and estimating costs.
• Being a procurement and construction costs consultant.
• Handling all the costs associated with construction, interior and project work (Budget and cost control).
• Negotiating and adjusting the price base for the workload to be in line with standard.
• Handling other duties as assigned.

Qualification

• Aged 30-45 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture, Civil/Construction Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines.
• At least 10 years of experience as QS Engineer involving cost estimates, or other experience that is related to this job.
• Have Engineering license is advantage.
• Acknowledge and understanding for Safety knowledge and practices.
• Good command of English & good PC skills (Microsoft Office) & AutoCAD.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude towards resolving problem.
• Resourceful and ability to work in a dynamic team.
