Job descriptions: 

• Collect, clean, and analyze leasing data to produce primary and secondary insights.         
• Generate regular reports on leasing performance metrics, including but not limited to, occupancy rates, lease renewals, and revenue streams.           
• Identify inconsistencies and inaccuracies in data sources and take corrective measures.            
• Validate leasing data by cross-referencing with external and internal data sources.          
• Develop dashboards and other Excel-based tools to automate routine reporting tasks eg. Leasing monthly report, occupancy report, brand metrix etc.          
• Employ advanced Excel features like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas for detailed data analyses.            

• Work closely with leasing, finance, and operations teams to align data-gathering and analyses with organizational goals.            
• Present data findings in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related field          

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis. Retail field is preferable

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
