Requirements
1. Property Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of 4-6 properties, ensuring they meet
or exceed established goals and objectives.
- Execute business plans for each property to optimize occupancy rates, rental income, and overall
asset value.
- Implement cost-effective measures to enhance property efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure properties comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of professionals in the Leasing, Marketing, and Facility
Management departments.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, setting performance expectations and
conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure the successful execution of leasing strategies, marketing campaigns, and facility
maintenance programs.
3. Leasing and Tenant Relations:
- Oversee the leasing team in attracting and retaining high-quality tenants, negotiating lease
agreements, and managing lease renewals.
- Maintain positive tenant relationships, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly and
professionally.
4. Marketing and Events:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance
property visibility, attract tenants, and create a positive brand image.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
5. Facility Management:
- Ensure the facility management team maintains properties in optimal condition by coordinating
routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Oversee outsource services including security, cleaning, technician, gardening, and others to
maintain properties at a high level.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures where applicable.
6. Financial Management:
- Manage property budgets, monitor financial performance, and make recommendations for costsaving
measures and revenue enhancement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field (Master's degree
preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate portfolio management with a track record of achieving or
exceeding performance targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of leasing, marketing, and facility management best practices.
- Financial acumen and the ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations.
