Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for each property in the portfolio, aligning them with property goals and objectives.
• Create shopping mall marketing plans to drive customer traffic and customer spending.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Leasing Manager to create tenant marketing plans that attract and retain high-quality tenants.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of event marketers, digital marketers, and graphic designers.
• Foster a collaborative and creative team culture, setting performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations.
3. Event Marketing:
• Plan and execute engaging events and promotions to attract visitors and shoppers to the properties.
• Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to coordinate tenant participation in events and promotions.
4. Digital Marketing:
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, website management, and online advertising.
• Analyze digital marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
5. Graphic Design and Branding:
• Oversee the graphic design team in creating visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials, including signage, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all marketing collateral.
6. Loyalty Program:
• Collaborate with the ALLY Sky Rewards loyalty program to create special promotions, campaigns, and other programs to increase shopper frequent visits.
7. Budget Management:
• Develop and manage marketing budgets for each property, tracking expenses and optimizing ROI.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective marketing solutions.
8. Tenant and Community Engagement:
• Collaborate with tenants to promote their businesses and enhance their visibility within the properties.
• Develop community engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with the local community.
9. Marketing Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the real estate or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
