Position Overview:
Support the COO in operations, execution, and efficiency, with a focus on trading and hospitality.
1. Operational Support
- Oversee operations, implement improvements, and align departments with company goals.
2. Operational Execution
- Execute the operating plan, track KPIs, and report progress.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Bridge communication between executives and teams.
- Lead/support cross-functional projects and ensure team alignment.
4. Financial & Budget Oversight
- Assist in budget planning, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
- Monitor financial performance and support strategic decisions.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and risk mitigation measures.
6. Deliverables & Performance Metrics
- Provide monthly reports, process improvements, and cost-saving strategies.
- Track and report progress on strategic projects.
7. Work Relationship & Reporting
- Report directly to the COO and collaborate with department heads and key teams.
- Act as a liaison between the COO and stakeholders.
8. Timeline & Review
- Quarterly performance reviews with responsibility adjustments based on company growth.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong background in trading, hospitality, or retail industries.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, execution, and process improvement.
- Proven leadership, financial acumen, and KPI management skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, project management tools, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and industry standards.
- Fluency in English
