รายละเอียดงาน และ หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Lead and manage projects, including Renovation and Greenfield developments, from strategic planning and concept development to construction and handover.
Oversee project execution from program and budget analysis for approval through to completion.
Develop and present shopping mall development concepts aligned with research insights and overall mall strategy.
Monitor, report, and present project progress to senior management.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure project completion within scope, timeline, and budget, while also preparing relevant supporting documents for various teams.
