Develop and prepare comprehensive financial models and feasibility studies.
Conduct project due diligence, including financial, legal, regulatory, physical asset, and competitive analysis.
Prepare and organize document request packages for relevant stakeholders.
Create and deliver presentations to investment committees, investors, and other key parties.
Support the acquisition of new assets for the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in REITs or the finance sector, with a preference for expertise in retail, office, warehouse, and other commercial properties.
Strong knowledge of REIT structures, financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
Willingness to travel; asset acquisition and investment contract experience are advantages.
