Responsibilities
1. Lease Negotiation and Execution
• Lead the leasing team in negotiating and executing new leases, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Manage lease renewal processes, optimizing tenant retention and rental income.
• Oversee casual mall leases and signage leases, coordinating agreements with short-term tenants and advertisers.
2. New Tenant Leads
• Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract new tenant leads.
• Establish relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and industry professionals to expand the tenant base.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to fill vacant spaces and increase property occupancy.
3. Tenant Relationship Management
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to resolve tenant-related issues and disputes effectively.
4. Leasing Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and mentor leasing team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
5. Lease Administration
• Maintain accurate lease records, ensuring compliance with lease terms and conditions.
• Prepare lease-related documentation, including lease agreements, addendums, and notices.
6. Market Analysis and Strategy
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants in alignment with property goals.
7. Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare leasing reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Analyze leasing data to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in leasing management within the real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven leasing decisions.
