Responsibilities:

· Devise property strategy, budget, and operating plan

· Monitor, forecast, and drive property performance

· Identify and analyze new opportunities for growth – and managing new initiatives to enhance property returns

· Monitor and review property manager including key KPI:

o Advise leasing team and marketing team on key strategy and action

o Advise facility management team

o Conduct site surveys and ensure property quality

· Benchmark with peers and gaining market insights

· Report for management and/or Asset Management Committee (“AMC”)

Qualifications:

· 1-5 years of experience in real estate, finance, asset management, business development or shopping mall business

· University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields

· Strong quantitative / qualitative analytical skills, with ability to see both macro and micro

· Strong leadership skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong understanding of accounting practices
