Manage renovations and improvements of rental spaces and common areas, ensuring smooth execution, alignment with objectives, and adherence to the budget (from design to handover).
Collaborate with tenants and relevant departments throughout the fit-out process, including approval submissions, inspections, construction, and handover.
Develop and update tenant fit-out guidelines to reflect current conditions and align with the center's strategic plans.
Prepare and oversee related documentation and data, such as BOQs, TORs, and inspection reports.
