We are seeking a Creative Director who will play a pivotal role in transforming Crystal Design Center into a globally recognized creative and design district. This individual will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal, branding, marketing, functionality, and cultural significance of CDC. The primary focus will be on curating a vibrant community of showroom brands, designers, architects, developers, artists and creative professionals while fostering an environment that promotes design, innovation, and collaboration.
1. Strategic Vision and Planning:
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for the Crystal Design Center as a world-class creative and design district.
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals in alignment with the vision.
2. Community Building:
- Cultivate relationships with local and international designers, developers, artists, and creative professionals to establish the Crystal Design Center as a hub for design and creativity.
- Facilitate collaboration and networking opportunities within the design community.
3. Tenant Engagement:
- Curate a diverse mix of tenants including showrooms, design studios, galleries, and creative businesses to enhance the overall appeal of the district.
- Work closely with tenants to ensure alignment with the overall vision and maintain a high standard of quality.
4. Marketing and Branding:
- Oversee the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies that position the Crystal Design Center as a premier destination for design and creativity.
- Manage branding efforts to create a distinct identity for the design district.
5. Event Management:
- Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and cultural programs to attract a wider audience and elevate the district's profile.
- Collaborate with local and international organizations to host design-related events and festivals.
6. Visitor Experience:
- Oversee seamless and positive experience for visitors
- Initiate programs and functions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the creative or design industry.
