Develop and prepare comprehensive financial models and feasibility studies.
Conduct project due diligence, including financial, legal, regulatory, physical asset, and competitive analysis.
Prepare and organize document request packages for relevant stakeholders.
Create and deliver presentations to investment committees, investors, and other key parties.
Support the acquisition of new assets for the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields.
Basic understanding of the structure of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) and /or the finance sector, with preference for experience in retail, office, warehouse and other commercial properties.
Basic understanding of investment contracts would be an advantage.
Strong financial modeling skills.
Prior experience in asset acquisition is considered an advantage.
