About the role
This role supports investment and acquisition activities within the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) business. You will be involved in financial analysis, due diligence, and preparation of investment materials to support key decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Build financial models and feasibility studies for investment evaluation.
• Conduct due diligence across financial, legal, regulatory, and asset aspects.
• Prepare document request lists and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support asset acquisition processes within the REIT portfolio.
• Assist in preparing presentations for investment committees and investors.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Strong foundation in finance, accounting, valuation, and financial modeling.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
• Open-minded, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Experience in REITs or real estate investment is a plus.
• New graduates are welcome.
