Define and drive portfolio-level and organization-wide business strategies aligned with corporate direction and long-term growth plans.
Lead market research and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic implications for the business.
Oversee feasibility studies for new developments, major renovations, and mall improvement projects, including financial and strategic evaluation.
Develop business cases, scenario analysis, and investment recommendations for senior management and board-level decision-making.
Identify and initiate new strategic projects to enhance competitiveness, revenue growth, and long-term asset value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Leasing, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Investment to ensure effective strategy execution.
Present strategic plans, business proposals, and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and develop the Business Strategy team to strengthen strategic capabilities across the organization.
