รายละเอียดงาน และ หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Lead and oversee design work for major renovation and greenfield projects from concept development and project planning through feasibility studies and budget planning
Act as Project Lead responsible for preparing detailed design plans personally.
Present and develop mall development concepts to ensure alignment with the overall Mall Concept
Ensure all design processes comply with relevant standards, codes and requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to achieve project goals and manage project documentation meticulously.
Facilitate collaboration between the project team and stakeholders.
Support preparation and consolidation of design documents and information together with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders.
Think outside the box and drive creative, innovative solutions.
