• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across trading, retail, and real estate businesses.
• Partner with business units to align budgets with sales goals, CAPEX, and cost control.
• Analyze P&L performance, product/category profitability, and real estate asset returns.
• Support inventory and sales forecasting to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
• Conduct ROI and feasibility analysis for new real estate investments.
• Drive cost efficiency initiatives and monitor operational expenses.
• Enhance financial reporting through ERP, BI tools, and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in retail, trading, or real estate sectors
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Familiarity with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP)
• Proven ability to drive cost optimization and business performance improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
