Roles and responsibilities
- Tenant Sourcing & Leasing Support
- Identify and approach potential F&B tenants, including restaurants, cafes, and food kiosks.
- Assist in negotiating lease terms and preparing lease agreements.
- Support the leasing manager in tenant presentations and meetings: prepare management report and related reports.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research on F&B market trends, competitor malls, and consumer preferences.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for new food concepts within the malls.
- Maintain an updated database of potential and existing F&B tenants.
- Lease Administration & Coordination
- Assist in processing lease agreements, Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordination with other related department to ensure close-deal.
- Tenant Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for tenants regarding leasing matters.
