Roles and responsibilities

Tenant Sourcing & Leasing Support
1. Identify and approach potential F&B tenants, including restaurants, cafes, and food kiosks.
2. Assist in negotiating lease terms and preparing lease agreements.
3. Support the leasing manager in tenant presentations and meetings: prepare management report and related reports.
Market Research & Analysis
1. Conduct research on F&B market trends, competitor malls, and consumer preferences.
2. Identify gaps and opportunities for new food concepts within the malls.
3. Maintain an updated database of potential and existing F&B tenants.
Lease Administration & Coordination
1. Assist in processing lease agreements, Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate and up to date.
2. Coordination with other related department to ensure close-deal.
Tenant Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for tenants regarding leasing matters.
