Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, considering priorities and time constraints.
Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses and appropriate actions.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a smooth travel experience for the CEO.
Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, reports, and other documents for the CEO's review and distribution.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
Assist in project management by planning, executing, and monitoring assigned projects, coordinating tasks, and preparing project-related documentation.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, correspondence, and project activities, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, representing the CEO's office professionally.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
3-5 years of experience as an executive secretary or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
