Roles and responsibilities
- Fill up vacant space in malls by focusing on F&B category both leaseline shop and kiosk area.
- Monitor and manage sales projection area and rental target in F&B category: Tenant Sourcing & Leasing Support
- Develop leasing strategy focus on F&B category for all malls
- Conduct retail market research & Analysis: Identify opportunies for malls by fucusing on F&B category
- Tenant relationship management: Act as a point of contact for tenants regarding leasing matters.
Compensation/Salary
Salary type: Monthly
Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 BAHT/month
