Job descriptions:

• Lead or assist the leasing team in negotiating and executing new leases, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Develop strategies to attract high-quality tenants and expand the tenant base.
• Actively pursue opportunities to fill vacancies and boost occupancy.
• Build strong tenant relationships and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and team to handle tenant concerns.
• Maintain accurate lease records and prepare essential documentation.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
• Generate leasing reports and insights for management.
• Analyze data for revenue growth and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven 5-7 years’ experience in leasing management within the retail industry or related field.
• Strong negotiation / strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven leasing decisions.
