Job description:

• Execute pricing strategies and discount mechanisms at the assortment level
• Coordinate with suppliers on product proposals, pricing, and promotion
• Align internal promotions with vendor campaigns
• Lead demand planning based on sales data and market trends
• Manage and mentor the merchandising team
• Monitor vendor performance and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in merchandising or commercial planning
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience in home & living or retail is a plus
